1. First download openVPN server in below link.
http://www.freeopenvpn.com/download/freeopenvpn.zip
2.Extract zip file and copy freeopenvpn directory and paste C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config directory...
3. check this figure... this is 3 step....
4. If you have use reliance then give 10.239.221.07 ip and port 8080.other network then u give your network settings ip....
5.Finally You get
If not come then try 3 or 5 times..... if you need other network ips then comment in below..
